Not a great experience rushed and kind of sloppy. They missed steps on my mother in laws mani, and when she paid and asked for a bill to be broken we stood around waiting forever and the girl never came back. Finally someone came up and said she had split it between the 3 of them, that was frustrating because she didn't intend to leave that much as a tip...oh well. Live and learn

Sophie has done my nails twice now and both times have been great! She takers her time and pays attention to detail. Gel manicures usually never last even two weeks on my nails (as I work in a hospital and am very hard on my nails), but I have had no issues with chipping or lifting from The W. Yes, this salon is inside of the DSW show store so there is commotion and distraction there, but the seats are comfortable the pedicure area is VERY clean and Sophie does a great job of engaging in conversation and distracting you from the shoe store. Overall great experience!

This was my first time at a natural nail salon and I LOVED it. My nails have been weak and breaking due to other salons taking layers of my nails off when removing gel polish with dermals. Hannah R took great care of my nails, gently removed the polish, cleaned up my cuticles, gave the BEST hand, foot and leg massage, had a great conversation (now I have an apocalypse buddy!), saved my nails, and we were able to get 2 to a true almond shape while the rest are rounded and growing!! Thank you Hannah for being an amazing person!!
