Wow!!!! Katie W. was AMAZING!!! I got the BEST manicure I've ever had in my entire life!!! Seriously!! I'm 40, so that's telling you how many manicures ive had in my day! She took her time, was very detail oriented, friendly (such a sweetheart) and kind! Katie- you have a forever client!! See you next month!!

I really love the atmosphere of this place and the people there, but I have had an issue with getting gel done and it immediately coming off. It's happened before but this last time it came off the same night I had it done. Normally they last 3 weeks at other salons. I went in for a touch up (which was free which was nice), but now the other nails are peeling off. I feel weird going in a third time, but its so annoying and feels like such a waste. I just wanted these nails to last less than a week so I could have them done for an event

Went in for nail art and gel mani, and after the first visit, some green and the clear top coat was lumpy and all over my cuticles, but I thought I’d rather not bother fixing it after what ended up being a 2 hour long appointment for gold foil. However, less than 24 hours later, the ribbon art on 4 fingers was peeled off. I do appreciate them getting me in that day to do a fix. I got them removed and a plain gel. The next day my thumb and middle finger started peeling up and bubbling off and I went back AGAIN (3 times in 3 days) It’s now been only 6 days and the gel/ribbon is peeling off the remaining fingers. The original quality of my mani was not worth fixing twice in 48 hours but gel is supposed to last at least that long.

I used to be a regular customer of this location. But things have changed. They do sloppy, unprofessional work. Every single one of my fingers has some kind of polish on the cuticles or edges of my fingers. Some of my nails weren't fully painted or they left bubbles in the polish. They do not want to do any kind of technique beyond a simple manicure and a full color on a nail (they won't fully cover without getting on your fingers). For instance, french tips are considered 'simple nail art'. I went and asked for flowers, the nail tech told me that she'd never done them and didn't know how (even though I booked the appointment for simple nail art and that was on offer). I went with three other women, all of which had flaws in their nails such as uneven lengths (cut/filed by their technician) or blobby designs (what should have been a simple heart). They have changed things around so much that its difficult to get cute designs or artistry (they can't give clear definitions of what's 'simple' vs 'intricate' nail art so you know what to order to get what you want). Honestly, my non nail tech sisters and friends do better crisper looking nails or at least as good. If I'm paying a professional for a manicure it should look crisp and concise not like I went to the nail tech school or something. This has concluded what was once a thriving business relationship. Would highly NOT recommend.
