Busy in the shop this afternoon, I had a scheduled appointment. Didn’t mind waiting. I requested Julie, she was finishing a manicure so a gentleman got me started. I wish I knew his name but he was super friendly and good. Once Julie was finished she did the French manicure gel. Julie is amazing!! She didn’t even use polish remover for my lines. Some nail tech’s hate doing French polish but Julie is amazing! This salon has been under different ownership a few times over the years and close to my house but I won’t go anywhere else now.

This was first time trying them due to a coworker referring Julie and it was a very pleasant experience. I like how Julie started working on my nails while I was getting a relaxing pedicure. I appreciate how I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I have a busy weekend and they worked around my schedule and got me in today after work. I truly appreciate that. I will be back just before of the great customer service I received today. Thank you

Sophann is absolutely the most amazing nail tech ever!! She did my holiday nails and they are perfect!! She is meticulous and cares about the quality of work she does. Have been using her for 3 years. I would highly recommend her!

This was the first time I have used Serenity and the experience was fantastic. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional and they did a lovely job on my hands and feet. I did not go all out because I wanted to see how well I liked the results.
