I love coming here. Today I had to wait awhile but that’s okay. Places that have a wait must have a history of great service!!! Today makes my third visit here. The service is always amazing. Every staff member I encounter is so friendly. I will come back!!! I always get the full treatment for the pedicure and Medicare with a nice complimentary beverage. I always leave feeling recharged. Even when they are busy they do not rush the process. I love that about this place.

Just had my first pedicure here, booked the day of.. I did not have a bad experience but I am not thrilled with it. The pedicure was $110 and started at 6:00, I was finished at 6:40. If a prompt service is what you’re looking for, that’s great and I’d totally recommend. I was looking for a relaxation service as I don’t get pedicures often and it was very rushed. The cuticle trimming did hurt I think because of him going so fast. But other than that, Dan was good. Attatched free toe pics ;) lol

The greeting staff Naomi was extremely friendly. We talked for quite some time prior to my appointment. Lisa did a great job with my nails. She was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring about the service I would receive. She was making sure that I was satisfied with every step she took to complete my nails. I will be returning. P.S. I would recommend that whoever is running the bar area should go from station to station to ask if anyone is interested in a drink. I was never asked therefore I never got it.

I used to come here all the time for dip manicures. I have recently found somewhere else to go. I needed my acrylics removed so I stopped in just for a simple removal. I was serviced by “Bong”. My acrylics soaked for a total of 3 minutes. Once she started using her drill, she set it in one spot, creating a crater in my nail to see how much she needed to take off. After a process of that, and trying to resoak my nails, Bong simply just started filing them down asking if I was okay with them. I mentioned that there was still product on my nails. She filed again for about two more minutes and then asked if I was satisfied. I am highly disappointed. I left with product still coating my nails and no one bothered to fix it. I only got money off my total. I was going to pay the full $20 and leave it at that. I am just highly upset with how downhill this salon has gone.
