I was waiting in line along with over 15 other people today. I saw customers slowly leave all their items because there were only 2 people helping on the registers. There were others Ross employees on the floor including 2 in the dressing rooms that could have picked up and assisted the line to move productively faster. The inefficiency really put me off. I even asked the front desk security and manager to call for more staff to help but they obviously didn’t care. If I were the regional manager I would be concerned about the numbers. They were losing sales and people walked out like me. If they don’t fully staff their people they should at least cross train their other staff to learn the registers. Hoped this is temporary. It’s a Monday around 4 pm.

I don’t remember one time found a good item on this store, I always find the trash of the clothes here , except the other Ross stores

My goto Ross when I’m in need of cheap stylish department store quality shoes, toiletries and accessories. I think they get their overstock goods from surrounding high end stores in and around SF

I needed an iPhone case and some body wash. I arrived at the store 10:48 Pm.. I hate being the guy who goes in a store right before They close but I’m a quick shopper and knew I’d be out by 11 which according to Hours posted here and on the door is when they close. I guess this Ross is managed by someone who has no regard for the hours set by corporate because the doors were locked And they only opened it to allow customers out. Pretty stupid for a Store that has zero e-commerce alternatives for Customers to buy their stuff not allow customers inside the store while It’s open. Amazon it is I guess
