Walked in 5 min to 10 and was told they are closed. I just wanted to buy cough medicine for my baby. I get that they are about to close but I could have easily been out in less than 5m. Guy at the front wouldn’t let me even when I explained I would be out before close. I would rather just go to CVS down the street now.

First the phone has the hours of the pharmacy wrong. Says they reopen from lunch at 2 but it is 2:15. Fix your message. Second the pharmacy customer service sucks. They are rude and you won’t get your prescription quickly ever. Even the drive thru line is slow. Id say it is staffing issues due to Covid but it was like that before Covid.

I set up an appointment for 1245 today and I am having to wait til 145 to actually be seen. This place will not, absolutely, see you at the time you scheduled. The pharmacist was rude to me and made sure that a person without an appointment was seen before me, in addition to making sure he got her number. Highly unprofessional

LOVE THAT THEY HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH! NO LINES TO WAIT INSIDE. VERY CLEAN, CURTEOUS STAFF. THEY HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. GOOD HOURS.
