I've decided to never use the rite aid in Carmel mountain because the incompetent employees don't know how to process a written check. Then when they can't figure it out they tell you instead that the check was declined which was Bs. The bank said they had no reason to decline the written check since this never happened before and there is plenty of money in the bank account. Four days prior they took the check and no issues then because one employee knew what she was actually doing. I feel they said that because these millineals don't know what to do. This is just all wrong and caused unnecessary stress and worry at first. So never again after many years of going to rite aid I'm done with them and no longer will give my money to this store. Retrain your employees cause they just caused another customer to never come back.

Not a fair vendor. Low level customer service. And try to waste and scam you if you order online. I ordered a on shelf product. It is was and is on the shelf. Just their shelf prices are 80 to 100% higher than on line prices. They took the order. But when I got there at their pickup time, customer service was rude, not willing to check the order at all. Just saying, if they only go if their display has alert on order. Little while later my I saw order cancel email. The product at Walmart on shelf is same price as online same as their online. Rite Aid selling most of there medical products very expensive and try to cheat people through online. This is second time this kind of thing happened.

This store is one of my favorites. They are very respectful, kind and always ready to help. As soon as I walk in the store they greet me first and welcome me in. Their customer service is one of the best. The people in the pharmacy are very busy but at the same time they take their precious time to help you. I never get a chance to write a review but I had the urge to do that this time. I honestly enjoy going to this store. If I could I give it 10 stars ⭐️

Love my neighborhood Rite Aid! Everyone is always so nice. It’s always organized and clean. My favorite cashier is Fatima! She knows me and my two daughters and makes sure to greet us when she sees us. I usually am going after work in the evening and the night manager Alex is also very friendly. I have had nothing but positive experiences whenever I shop here. Keep up the great work team!
