I been going to this church for an while, and this church has always been an place that I can chill and listen. This place has an friendly atmosphere, and you can literally join the worship team if you are interested. The pastors has an sense of humor, and makes the service enjoyable.

I have been attending CSR for four years. Pastor Drew is a dutiful shepherd, expositionally-brilliant, engaging, and a tireless evangelical theologian. The church is...organized, clean, conscientiously-conceived and executed...truly a shining example of the body of Christ at work (Eph 4:11-13). The greatest strengths of the CSR include (a) doctrinally-sound expository preaching, (b) extensive outreach, missions, and charitable programs (like none I've ever seen, frankly), (c) a magnificently creative production staff, (d) comprehensive children's programs, and (e) financial transparency. Overall, it is an exceptionally well-run organization...unusual in the world of today. If "love does," it is certainly doing it here. This is Christianity in its boldest form. If you feel the call to join the body of Christ within a loving community of fellow believers, the Church at Severn Run is a truly inspirational place to begin your personal transformation and walk with Jesus Christ (II Cor 3:18). All are welcomed. All...including you. Join us!

Hi there! We are a modern Southern Baptist Church. All are welcome! We have members from a variety of different backgrounds. Our goal is to look a lot like heaven - which based on the people God has created, will be pretty diverse. :)

I'd guess the average attendance on any given Sunday is 700-900 across three services. There are approximately 1500 members.
There are no weekly services, but there are Connect Groups you can join that meet weekly. Most groups cater to your lifestyle and interests, whether you have kids or are single; or if you are looking for a support system, so you're likely to find a group where you'll fit right in. I would encourage you to come visit us on a Sunday if you're able. We have three services. 9:30, 11:00 and, if you like to sleep in, a 12:30. We also stream the 9:30 and 11:00 services on Facebook Live.
Services are at 9:30, 11:00 and 12:30. You can expect a contemporary service and 30-40 minute message. There is a children's church for younger children as well. There are tons of cameras in the children's area and other security measures to keep kids safe. Free coffee, water, and juice is available in the atrium.
