Worst place I've ever lived. Fire alarms go off randomly, 3am, 4am, 5am, 6am.. it's awful. People with a day job, kids, or dogs should absolutely not live here. Anyone else, beware. Management is very greedy and unhelpful.

Here comes another new management team. The new resident manager is super friendly; however, the entire management team has been operated poorly and lack of efficiency. There are many new tenants moving in later, but no one is making sure to keep the apartment at peace as it used to be. I have been reaching out several times pointing out all different kind of issues repeatedly. It is pretty frustrating and for sure disappointing…

I got a place here and it’s been a great experience the lady in front office is a doll and has such a compassionate Genuine personality! It has beautiful Gym amazing Pool area private underground parking and concierge service that does your trash Mail and a Great Private security team that makes this place very safe. THE WORST APARTMENT AND MANAGEMENT EVER!!! If anyone is considering this place, you are making a huge mistake. Do not move into this property because management don’t have any professionalism and they won’t help you will any concerns you are having at this place. You will experience noise issue, weed and cigarettes smell coming inside to your unit, even though this apartment is supposed to be a non-smoking property. Apartment property is amazingly dirty. I’ve experienced noise issue coming from upper unit for about 9 months now and addressed this problem on day 1 of our move-in and they did not do anything for us. Finally we asked to break our lease without penalty and this was not honored as well. Property manager and leasing agent don’t have authority to fix any of the problem in this apartment. I honestly don’t understand why they are even at the office. I was even told to contact the corporate office by myself to get faster response. Plus, their corporate office is extremely unprofessional and slow on reply as well. Just don’t even consider this apartment PERIOD. Can’t wait for my lease contract to end.
