Room was half cleaned when I checked in. Graffiti on the walls in the room. Took 11 flushes to get anything down the toilet. AC bearly pushes out enough air to feel and that's on the high setting. TV is leaning against the wall rather than being on a stand or mounted. So if you're in dire straight and sleeping in your car isn't an option, then stay here.

2 stars just for location and for being the cheapest in the whole area. Walking distance to the trolley, to the Las Américas outlets and to the Mexican border. The room and shower looks dirty, room needs maintenance. Pool was dirty. The bed was comfy though and there was wi-fi. I only stayed one night which was good enough for me alone. Not recommended for families with kids or for a long stay. Lots of weird and sketchy people around the area.

Honestly, the staff is really nice, but that's about it. The room walls were stained with something that looked like blood. BOTH bedsframes we're broken and the mattress sunk when laying down. The TV control did not work, and our desk had an entire cabinet missing! The bathroom door opens into the room, and the bathroom is so small it's nearly impossible to get out. When we arrived, the sink was clogged with some white liquid substance and had hair! Really disgusting, but that's not the worse. We found not one, but TWO cockroaches!!! Disgusting!!! The air filters in the bathroom were completely clogged with dust and other stuff. No safety measures were found either, not even a fire alarm. The entire structure shakes with every small movement, a door closing on the floor below? The room shakes, the structure feels dangerous and badly made. All voices from all rooms can be heard. We stayed a single night and barely made it through the night. Heavy renovations need to be done, urgently! Please use sandals/flipflops or even shoes when staying in your room, the floors feel very sticky. I will say again, staff was very friendly and did all in their power to fix what they could, unclogged the sink for us and fixed the TV for us. Whoever owns the building must do heavy renovations and clear the area from the druggies and drunkn people around. This place can be seen as what you can get for $60 a night. This place should be your last option on your staying list.

Positive: There was nothing that was best of this hotel. It was a horrible experience. I had paid to stay 2 nights and the next day I left. We were grossed out with the way the room was. They have people that do drugs live there. I would never ever stay there again Negative: The room was so disgusting. I do not know how people stay there. Rooms had broken dressers, roaches. The door of the bathroom would not close. The sheets from the beds were burnt with cigaretts and were yellow as well as the pillows. The door had graffiti
