Breakfast was amazing, hotel was clean, pillows had hard & soft embroidered on it. The pool & jacuzzi was small but nice to relax. The pool was heated to a nice temperature even with it being cold at night

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and helped with a small problem. Also they helped when we needed to use the computer. The breakfast had a variety of items. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one.

We just stayed 2 nights here and I can say that it's not one of the nicer holiday inn express. We've stayed at many of their other locations and this one just didn't measure up. It's not located in a good area. After dark you have to call to check in because they keep the front doors locked. The breakfast was only ok. The elevator got stuck for like 5 minutes. Thank goodness we weren't in it. In front of the elevator they have a sign that reads incase of fire ues stairs but the the picture doesn't show where the stairs are located. The toilet in our room was lopsided when you sat on it you felt like you were going to fall in the tub. Our shower had a slow drain so by the time your done you are ankle deep in water. The bathroom sink burly worked at all. Our son stayed in a different hotel. He had a nicer room, better breakfast and paid a lot less.. The only good things I can say is that our room was clean, the bed were really comfortable and the woman at the front desk that checked us in was very very nice and if you asked me really should be a tour guide. She really knows everything there was to do in San Diego. But unfortunately we will not be staying here when we come back 😕

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast was on point. Parking was easy and the hotel itself was a close drive to the San Diego Zoo (were our family went), Sea World & all the west coast beaches. The staff was warm and friendly as well. We’d definitely stay again if we come back to San Diego
