For a night or two ok , any longer awful. . I will not go into detail just to much negative to list. Marriott should be ashamed to have its name associated with this place ..associated with with this place.

Abysmal experience! By far the worst Marriott experience EVER! Have stayed with Marriott for 40 years, was Exec Platinum and now Elite Titanim. Reservation for a King bed, but the bed was a Full size at best. Shelves and door missing from kitchn cabinets. Food left in freezer. Toilet seat broken.. we shared issues with the General Manager, Richard Auer, and he acted and stated that he was equally shocked at the condition of the room and he would 'make it right' while we were out for afternoon yet NOTHING was done when we returned and staff knew nothing. He was gone for evening. Not even a note explaining why nothing was done. Abysmal, horrible experience!! Stay away from this property!! You may be thinking, "reach out to Marriott, they would be appalled by your experienece" Well, we did!! To Customer Care, a few managers and the CEO ....we have not heard back from ANYONE in over a week!! Even after a brief follow-up message with a brief 'hello, anyone there' tone. Update...Marriott Corporate and the GM of the property have reached out to apologize and provide compensation. My review stands, but my faith is restored in Marriott.

This is a good hotel. I chose this hotel for an overnight stay prior to heading to the desert for a day of hiking. I wanted a place with a kitchen so that I could make breakfast before the day's adventure. However, when I got to my room, although seemingly "clean", the kitchen was set up with a previously used sponge at the sink. Also there was not soap for washing dishes in the sink, or for using the dishwasher. Clearly, these are cost-cutting measures that are simply wrong. These decisions by management made the kitchen unusable because it was contaminated. That is the image I have of this property. Another problem is the very tight parking lot. Some guests parked on the street outside the hotel.

1 star because of the stress they caused us from their mistake. Beware of booking here for your wedding guests. Back in March 2021, we reserved 3 of the 2-bedroom suites, plus 1 regular suite. We reserved these 7 months in advance for our October 2021 wedding. This was supposed to be the hotel our bridesmaids & parents sleep in the night before our wedding. I confirmed this several times prior to the wedding day-2 weeks out, then week of, then day before. They would tell me “yes, everything looks good”. Then when i call again the day before the wedding to reconfirm, they say theres an issue & no availability, due to other displaced guests that they need to extend their reservation. You can imagine the horror & stress, as we are finding this out a few hours before our rehearsal & when we’re supposed to check in. I was disappointed that no one decided to call us to tell us the issue in the days prior until i had called them. I was crying the day before the wedding. In the end, the manager was able to get us rooms at the hotel next door at a discounted rate, but im unsure if it made up for the unnecessary stress it caused my husband & i the day before the wedding. There was a lot of last minute communication we had to tell our families, bridesmaids, & coordinator.
