I had an appointment and even with that I was waiting for over 2 hours. I had asked when I would be seen and I kept being told I was next. Another 45 mins passed and I left without being seen by a doctor. Very disappointed, it was a good location when it was “Right time”

Front desk clearly hate their job bc they spent the whole time that I was waiting gossiping about the patients and how much they hate this and that.very rude an disappointing because it was just very uncomfortable hearing then talk poorly of the patients when your just sitting in the waiting room. I physically went there and waited just to be seen by the doctor through telehealth. I was literally in the room talking to the doctor through my phone. What was they point of me going to talk and be seen through a phone? He couldn’t even see my swollen tonsils or the swelling on my neck through the blurry video. Worst experience ever. Nothing really was resolved and the medication they prescribed wasn’t even explained well. You’re better off going to the Hospital where you can actually get checked correctly.

This is by far the worst urgent care I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency. Took over two hours just for a doctor to see me...and it was via telehealth. A doctor never physically came into the room. The male nurse/tech whom assisted me was very helpful and understood how frustrated I was. I will never be visiting this establishment again. I am sure MedStar will comment below apologizing, as they have on their other reviews, but nothing has changed.

My gosh. It is hard to believe that 11 of the most recent 15 reviews got only one star. Our own experience from ~June 2020 was pretty disastrous too. I took my wife in after a bike accident, and they never gave her a test to see if she had a torn Achilles tendon (she did, and the test is easy). This is a sports injury urgent care clinic and they couldn't even get the simplest diagnosis done right. I thought maybe things had changed now that Medstar is running the place. But it's the ratings from over a year ago (!) that are holding up the numbers. I will not go here. For anything. The stories and the apologies are puzzling to me.

It's a business model. you are expected to wait until the phone bot requests you to request a call back. then they don't have to pay anyone to answer the phone. then when the people onsite feel like picking up the phone, they will, and will give you an appointment. Horrible customer service but in a business perspective it's ingenious.

Hello, thank you for inquiring. Unfortunately, we have been unable to obtain rapid tests as these have usually been being sent first to hospitals and county health departments. We are currently only doing nasal and throat swab (PCR) tests which are sent to an outside lab (usually Lab Corp or Quest). These are running on approximately a 2-5 day turnaround time.
