They've had a solid reputation for years, and they're friendly on the phone. In the recent past, however, I attempted to work with one of their artists that was impossible to get ahold of, despite having put down my deposit. I make note of this because I'm surprised they'd let someone like that work for them. Little concerning in my opinion. Update soon!

Usually not, its an appointment based shop. Only on rare occasions can a walk in be taken
Ya man you gotta go , speak to an artist. Some are hourly , some by piece
Depends on who u go see and what your trying to get some artist are by the piece and others at the shop are by the hour
