By far the worst experience I've had there. We used to come consistently 1-2x a month before the pandemic and each time since the service was just not there but this last time was it for us. The service, the turn around, just seems they no longer care for families. I came in to have lunch with my daughter she loves the Mac and cheese there, it's no longer an option. She's 13 and does not drink soda but told I'll be charged each time she gets a cup of cranberry juice. That's not okay. The only time I go is when my kids ask, this will no longer be the case.

We order Red Robin a few times a month and with the kids meal they always put the fries separate. Tonight I just opened my child’s pizza and the fries are thrown on top of it?! This has to be a joke….

The fries were hot and fresh, not overdone. The campfire sauce is as good as always. The burgers were well constructed and not sloppy, like in other places. Generous with the napkins, and service staff were attentive and friendly. Always a great experience at the east Vancouver WA location.

Absolutely great service. The hostess was very nice and my waitress was also really kind and helped me choose because I didn't know what to get (i was suggested the madlover and got that) Bottomless fries with teriyaki sauce (there is a selection of sauces naturally) and a bottomless drink are definitely nice to have. The inside looks wonderful my food was superb I would definitely order there again. My only gripe is that tips aren't shared with the kitchen staff and hostess and instead only go to your waiter/waitress. I do ask that tips are pooled and then shared by hour. Means that some waiters/waitresses are less likely to take more tables than they can handle for the increased tips. I gave the hostess and kitchen staff $10 each because I know how awesome it is to get tips as kitchen staff because I work in the kitchen and I get a share of tips.
