This hotel had few serious limitation ( I gave two star because of location that is excellent). Here are the issues ( I paid > $500 per day and expected better ) : 1. Room( suite that I stayed with 1 king and 1 queen) are not designed correctly . Bathroom door open in front of wash basin ( with 4 people staying in same room it was a nightmare to get ready every time ) . There was only one mirrior . See photo. 2. Room service is not by default ( they still give the reason becuase of COVID) . You need to request or you will get surprise . 3. If you book room with view , there is no guarantee to you will get. 4. Dining was closed on 4th July ( no notification about the closure ) . We searched outside resturant to eat dinner at last moment .

I really liked Hilton garden inn. It was a great location with a great price and premium accommodations. Rooms were clean and well appointed. On site restaurant was above average. Prices were very fair. Excellent location right in the heart of the old mill.

The location is perfect for mill district activities. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was NO daily cleaning service of the room. The coffee is terrible both in the lobby and in the restaurant.

We used to stay at the Hampton Inn just across the river from this hotel but decided to change things up for our visit last May. We’re so glad we did! We had a room on the river side and could see 11 snow-capped, 4000 ft plus mountains from our window, in addition to being able to watch all kinds of activity on the Deschutes River just steps from the hotel. The hotel is at the Old Mill District, with lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The trail along the river means it’s easy to walk for miles from the hotel without even driving. Can’t recommend this place enough!
