Weekday grocery shopping. Short lines always quick checkout. Somewhat crowded for a Friday morning. Hot outside but the A/C in the store was working well. Pretty well stocked found what we needed.

For the most part, this is a great store, and we enjoy shopping here! Today our shopping trip included a package of reduced price donuts that should have been rung up as $1.99 for the box. Instead the cashier charged us for 4 pick your own donuts for a total of $3.43, including tax. Although it’s only a difference of $1.44, we paid too much for less than fresh donuts! If Rayna had looked at the sealed box she would have seen the sticker with the correct price. Not earth shattering, but a bit of aggravation, as we were home when we realized the error.

I love to shop at Market Basket. I think the prices are good. Although with all the increasing costs. I have to look harder for the best prices. I don't suggest going on the weekend it always seems to be busy except later in the evening.

It's inside the Brickyard Square with other stores, pretty convenient to do your shopping. Store is organized intuitively, no problem finding stuff. Meat/cheese counter, fish counter, bakery items, grilled chicken... typical local grocery. Stuff is helpful and friendly.
