Worst experience I've ever had at the epping location. Went for car inspection. Talked with Alex. I asked if something would be an issue. He assured me no that shouldn't stop the inspection. I said ok and to come back in 45 minutes. I did only to return and have Alex fail my inspection for only the one item we had discussed before I left. He then said we need to charge you 50 ( 11$ more than the state fee) and you can only come back on these 2 days in-between certain hours to have it done again. Other wise go somewhere else and pay again. They won't do any work. Alex was very unhelpful and terrible customer service. Didn't seem to know what he was doing and gave me a line of BS that it would be good and then had me wait 45 just to fail me on the item that we discussed as soon as I drove in. I wouldn't have had the inspection performed if he was going to fail me on the item we discussed. Last time I'll ever use valvoline after my experience with Alex

Jeff is knowledgeable and friendly and knows how to manage his staff. Rest of staff works well together to help get customers in and out in a timely manner. Prices are a tad high but justified with the level of service received.
