The staff here is always friendly & my food is always above average for a Taco Bell. Those $2.oo chipotle ranch chicken burritos are the -BEST- value in fast food at the moment.

It was cash only at the time we visited. Apparently it was a statewide issue according to their makeshift sign. I only had $17 for an order for 3 people. The single employee manning the place let me know when I went above the $17 I had, yet he made it work, allowing us to get that last item so everyone had something to eat (no drinks though!) He must have had a coupon he could apply, or some flexibility from management due to the credit card processing outage. Made the kids in the car happy (though of course a little complaining that they didn't get the drinks they ordered). They handled the issue reasonably well given the circumstances.

The service was fast but they were pretty rude and the food was a mess. I ordered online and ordered a Brisk because I didn't want soda but they were out. So instead of telling me at the window that the brisk was out and asking what I would like to replace it they just gave me Mt Dew. When I asked the window person about the drink they said they were out and that they gave me a large mt dew instead then shut the window and walked away from it. Then when they gave me my food order they practically threw it at me said "here ya go" and shut the window and walked off. The food wasn't marked at all for if it was chicken beef or steak and I had to open each taco etc and look to see what was in it. And the cinnamon twists were stuck in the bag upside down and dumped out all over the food.

Came here with my friends on our way home from a visit to NH, and the experience was AWFUL. We came in, ordered in a timely fashion, but we waited nearly an hour for our food in dine in. The staff informed us 45 minutes after we had ordered our food that they were out of nacho fries, instead of telling us when we ordered. When our food came out, the burritos and tacos looked extremely sloppy compared to what I've seen at other Taco Bell locations. It got to the point where, after all the waiting for my food, I lost my appetite. I will never EVER be coming back to this Taco Bell, and I highly suggest nobody comes here either. Do better.

It's pretty embarrassing, but they are light-years better than the burger king
You have just as much say in whether it gets fixed or not as anyone working there. Blame the owner of Charterfoods, as they seem to only want to pay for the bare minimum choice of fixes.

I'm not sure the exact date this was asked as all it says is "in the last week" but I'd call and ask.
Trick question the food doesn't come in a box anymore at this location
