I had a good experience here as a first timer. I was a bit concerned when I walked in as the salon was packed and thought I'd have to wait (waiting area is super small) but I was greeted and asked to pick a color and have a seat. I had an appointment for a deluxe pedicure. I was happy with the treatment and will return again.

I had made an appointment last week to see Ms Hannah. I was there on time and was waiting to be seated with her. I could tell the day was not going well and they had 3 people have to leave before their nails were completed. They talked them into staying but asked one to come back tomorrow to fix mistakes that were made on the service she paid for. As I sat there people were walking in, said they had appointments and were told to sit at a station. I watched two people be seated and Ms Hannah was jumping back and fourth doing their nails. I never got her to do my nails. An older gentleman did them. He did a nice job, but I was disappointed that I did not get the person I had asked for. I was not going to make a fuss because I could tell their day was and had not gone well. But I feel that they should know that making an appointment, taking time off from work to be there at a certain time and still not get the person I requested was unfortunate. I will go back and I guess it doesn’t matter to request someone, because they didn’t even ask who the appointment was with even though I did announce when I arrived that I had an appointment with Ms Hannah. But still was seated at two different stations within the hour 1/2 I was there. Double-booking your nail techs is not a good thing to do. I hope you all have a smoother day tomorrow. Debbie

I was in town to visit with family. I had a deluxe pedicure and manicure with dipping powder. Crystal was an excellent technician. She checked in with me to determine my preferences. If I lived in the area,this would be my go to salon. Highly recommend them!!!

125 Nail Studio is clean, professional and Hannah the owner is so kind! I’ve been going to 125 nails for a few months now and they’re work is incredible. The nail techs attention to detail is exquisite and the staff are so polite and sweet. They recently re did the inside of the salon and it looks so good. The new pedicure chairs are amazing!! I couldn’t recommend 125 nail salon more!
