This place is a disgusting excuse for a medical facility. Literally disgusting...horrid, inhumane. They do not care about their patients. They treat people like garbage. My family member was transported to the ER at this facility and when I called for their status (as allowed by HIPAA) the woman who answered refused to tell me anything and said someone would call back. One hour later still no call so I called again. The same woman answered, insulted me for calling again and put me on hold. I was on hold for 45 minutes so its clear she only put me on hold to get rid of me and had no intentions of coming back to the line. These people would not even tell me if my family member was alive. What kind of horrible people work here? Then, my family member was kicked out at 4 am and told to call an Uber after receiving NO medical attention. NONE. If you have loved ones, please take them somewhere else for health care. Edited to add: The generic 'response' from the hospital below is a lie. I called that number and no one cares about this incident. This IS the standard for care at this facility. They should be shut down for violating basic health care standards.

I CAME IN THIS MORNING FOR RADIOLOGY. THE WOMAN THERE WAS VERY RUFF AND NASTY. MY FIRST TIME THERE AND I WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN. SHORT, OLD, CAUCASIAN LADY WITH GLASSES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO GO THERE FOR ANYTHING.

If I could give none I would! My brother was brought there for a mental health crisis. You stuck him in a hallway at the doorway to the trauma unit. No one ever spoke to him. He had to beg for a glass of water. He told people over and over he was having a panic attack and asked to be moved. No one would allow him to call us. 10 hours later at 4am you kick him out on the street. No way home. In the middle of Trenton and then lock him out. He received no help! He is now hesitant to reach out for the help he needs because he was treated like a prisoner for 10 hours and then kicked out into the street. SHAME ON YOU!

Registration goes smoothly. Actually getting seen a whole other matter. The waiting period to be seen is absolutely ridiculous
