Outdated and not clean. I've been there for numerous surgeries. Even the operating room is outdated and looks dirty. Don't believe it? You can always see for yourself.
Clean as a whistle. My buddy's mother is staying on the observation floor, and he's told me that the entire place is spotless, with no odors and a very caring staff.
