I didn't get her name but the girl with the dark curly hair that worked closing shift on Friday 7/08 made my day. Phenomenal customer service. All the employees were super nice and the store was really clean. Delicious smoothies!

They have gotten so much better and improved on speed. They have more workers. One gal even noticed I customized a razzmatazz to Caribbean Passion & asked me at pickup if it wasn't on the menu. I said it wasn't and after that day it was back on the menu! So great! ❤️ They are all super friendly, nice & attentive! Keep up the great work! Now if only the app can offer tipping I could give them all a little something extra and not only when I have cash. Older review: (3stars) I was happy with my smoothie but the service was slow. I did an app order, it said it would be ready at 10:58am great! I got there at 11:05 to give them plenty of time. I walked in there was no one at the register, there was one girl making smoothies, she looked a little flustered. I waited 5 minutes and still no one said, "I'll be right with you". I approached the girl & said I have an app order, she said just a moment. She finished 3 drinks, took an order, then grabbed my order. I was there for 10 minutes, for an app order! There were 2 groups there when I walked in & it wasn't super busy but maybe she was understaffed and new? I'll have to see what happens next time.

I was helped by Lesley the other day and she was amazing! My chunky strawberry bowl was perfectly blended and tasted the amazing. I walked out very satisfied. The store was very clean and staff was amazing!

They wouldnt let me order a shake cause they were about to start closing in 10 minutes. I just wanted a shake. Not like i was gonna get 200 shakes. Would have only taken two mins. Not sure why they would even close at 8 if they tell you to get out at 7:50 might as well lock the door at 7:30. Ive never worked a job that let me turn people away cause we closed soon lol whats that about
