I dined in for my birthday.... Was not impressed, not at all! The bottomless fries were ordered with garlic parm.... and was hardly noticeable. Mostly oil. As I posted a Pic of my fries.. you can see there was a pool of oil in bottom of my basket. Some of the fries were also soaked in that oil...Gross. Had to find a waitress to get the so called bottomless refill of fries (oil drenched).... then again had to hunt for server for refill on waters and other drinks. Can't even say items promptly arrived to table. Not once were we asked if everything was OK... customer service really went down hill. A Tip was left, but it was not deserved. I'm sorry, Really disappointed that I chose RR instead of anywhere else.

We sat in the bar for dinner. The bartender waited on us. She was amazing as usual. I'm sorry I don't remember her name. This was the first time we've dinner in since Covid. We usually do take away. We were not disappointed. We'll go back even if only for take away.

I went on Mother's day for take out. I spent almost $100 and both of my kids meals were wrong, completely different food along with ingredients they can't have due to an allergic reaction. Which lead to crying. It was insane here and one of the ladies just was just rude and I felt like me buying food was her doing me a favor. Not a great feeling

This is the third time I’ve visited this location and paid over $600 for food.. we bring clients here or our big family… tonight it was only 6 people … but again! Most of the members was highly disappointed! My fries were moldy… I told my husband to tell them it’s moldy, but he said it was stale because he didn’t want to “be mean”. The first two times I didn’t say anything because I know we all have bad days… either the chef or service, but tonight I regret spending money here! Management can call me 503-eight three nine-2039 Thanks
