A little awkward to enter, but unbeatable selection and price. As a Californian, the prices and quality amazed me. The staff are wonderful and a delight to interact with. Despite the somewhat awkward parking situation, I don't go anywhere else.

I have, unfortunately, repeatedly had a bad experience here; with them having products being faulty[vape carts that don't work] and with online orders being incorrectly fulfilled at the benefit of the business not the customer. [Lesser value item being replaced for you without any notice. Etc. ] They then refuse to do any kind of exchange or correction for materials, citing policies that logically exist for safety, not to abuse customer patience and spending. that unspoken policy you seem to have among your staff is frustrating and not unnoticed. If you do have the time you can wait around for a manager to be rude to you also whenever you do have an issue. Just as an added bonus. Given their convenient location it would just be nice if they cared as much about their customers, especially regulars and repeat customers, as they did about the profits. Since the shift to recreationally legal it's decidedly more of a business that is interested in making money than it is interested in those who make that business possible. As someone who was previously on medical rec its been most disappointing and disheartening to see how glaring a shift some businesses made that way.

What a selection. If you want to experience top quality for a reasonable price, hit them up. They stay busy but that volume keeps the prices sweet and the dedicated budtenders and staff are friendly and attentive.
