Yes there is. You can register ur medical card with pub health and they print you the actual laminated card you keep to be able to get your discount at all the weed stores. Always ask! Most recreational observe medical with a 10-20% discount. Marley is 8% all the time and 18% off on Sundays. :-)
Its Sunday only .and they like you to go in before to get all the paper work done .
If you call ahead, they will tell you what the schedule is for their consultant and whether or not they are on site on the day that you call. They do have someone who can issue medical cards.
Yes, there are several tenders that are able to accommodate card holders onsite.
