Crowded? No. Folks browse the floor calmly, and at their leisure. The weekends draw people in the most of course, but, even then, you're still able to see everything at your own pace. Enjoy!
They only rent out booths to vendors. Buying and selling only happens through this method.
I agree with above. I was amazed when I got inside. It goes way back, bigger than outside appearance.
