They only rent out booths to vendors. Buying and selling only happens through this method.
Craig Crowder answered well. Itchy's is predominantly a consignment store where clients lease an area from which they sell consignments. Itchy's also sell items of their own. They have a little bit of everything in there. It is best to call to see if there is a market for them.
I've only traveled through Columbia. I don't live there, so I have limited experience with the flea market. But, since it's a flea market, it's unlikely that they actually buy and sell. Most likely, they rent out space to vendors. However, if they don't buy knickknacks and Porcelain figures, they can probably point out someone who does. It would be worth a visit.
Don't really know you can try they do have some nice items there.
