I called to inquire about car tabs I ordered from this licensing location that never came in the mail. The woman I spoke with wouldn’t let me get a word in edge wise and kept rushing me and interrupting whenever I tried to answer her questions. She asked for my name when I already gave it to her (clearly not paying attention and making me repeat myself). She also kept talking to other people in the background while I was speaking. Never renewing my car registration here again.

All staffs were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped to get things straightened out(transferring vehicles from CA) and it was a fantastic experience with an efficient process - I was lucky to speak with Cherie to prepare everything before I visit the office. Moreover, I also like to suggest using their online appointment app which was simple to use and really sets you in the waiting queue when you arrive at the location. I will definitely keep and referral all my friends and family members to Valley Vehicle Licensing.

Renew it online, request pick up at the license office. The office has a separate internet pick up area that lets you skip the line.
They always ask me for my drivers license. However, you don't have to have a license in Washington to register a car to your name, it just creates less hassle.
