Super hard to find parts even when you do order it takes 2 weeks to even get the most basic of parts

Had a transmission issue on my new SSR125sr I bought from T-bolt usa and had to send it in for warranty work. Instead of just fixing the parts that were broken, they replaced the whole engine with a new one. Talk about going the extra mile for good customer service.

Just a warning: we Had to stop selling their products because they wouldn't honor customers warrantees. After multiple catastrophic failures caused by faulty manufacturing we gave up on SSR. The worst was a scooter engine that cracked in half which they blamed on the customer. It was clearly a bad casting on a poor design. Luckily the owner wasn't hurt and we fixed it for free. SSR tried to threaten us by revoking our dealer agreement if we spoke up, but I'm not keeping my mouth shut. The reality is we wouldn't sell SSR product if they gave it to us. If you're in the market for a Chinese scooter BMS has better warranty support.

Love to deal with these guys. Everyone is patient and loyal to the products! They have great products and we are glad we signed on with them. I hope they continue to bring new products and improvements like they always do!
