Do NOT BUY SWANN!! I have had so many problems with 1080p Spotlight Outdoor Security Camera - Twin Pack The customer service is good. however, their Tech Customer Service is horrible; they are impatient and condescending. My system goes offline a lot, and then I must go outside, climb a ladder to reset the cameras again. If you give them a bad review, they will edit your review and make you sound like an idiot. Do not buy!!

Purchased a Swann Communication Security System with DVR and cameras. Worked for about six months and DVR went out. Contacted Swann for assistance with either replacement or repair. I was told that I could send an email to the company but there was very little they could do. They told me they were very aware that the unit I had had issues but that I would need to replace the DVR at my expense. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I could send an email but he could not connect me to a manager. Very poor customer service very poor product! DO NOT BUY SWANN SECURITY PRODUCTS!!! Terrible company!!
