Tried to ask the manager Devon for a refund because the app wasn't updated to show the caramel frappes were unavailable. They offered me something cheaper?! And refused to give me a refund??? They took the time to come tell me it's unavailable and the manager Devon refused a refund twice but they could not give me a refund all that time? Look at my name and see how much I have ordered, thank you to Devon the manager I will never come to Covington! Which sucks because my son enjoys McDonald's here too. Get a better manager!

Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Got home, opened the burger and found paper inside of it, underneath the cheese. Not exactly hidden considering it was sticking out the sides, not sure how they missed that putting the thing together. Peeled the paper off and it took off half the meat too. Gross.

i have always had issues with this location. the food is frequently old. fries are constantly cold and flavorless. both boxes of nuggets i ordered tonight were stale, yet warm, which leads me to believe they just reheated nuggets that had been sitting out for a while. lazy. i’ve also received a straight americano with a tiny pump of vanilla in place of the large iced vanilla coffee i ordered a while back. night staff here sucks. do better.

Very rude staff, incredibly unhelpful when I ordered from their app and they claimed they never received it. I had ordered $37 worth of food and I had to pay that amount TWICE to get my food. They chose to ignore me and would not give me the number to corporate. The managers just said "go online". I will not be returning to this location and I will not be dining at McDonald's again. I will go to their competitors instead.
