I went yesterday for a throttle clip I lost when replacing my throttle cable. The clip I needed wasn't in stock. But the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. He asked a mechanic to go find an old motor and grab me the clip. Within 5 minutes the mechanic handed me 2 clips just in case the first one didn't fit. He didn't even charge me. They saved me having to wait a week for parts. This was my first time going here. For a company to go out of their way to help a potential customer was impressive. If I need any work on my equipment I will definitely be returning.

Worst experience my riding mower ever had. Took it in for servicing and got it back in pieces. Had to go back three times to fix what they broke. Obviously not what I paid for. The guy broke the pulley guard taking it off incorrectly and didn't replace it, which immediately made it throw off the blade belt first time it was engaged. Didn't you try it first? Then, when I got on it to mow my yard it threw off a blade! I don't know where they hire the workers there but they are sub par if they can't even remember to tighten the nut on the blades. Just lucky nobody was injured. Things happen the owner said...what, like lawsuits? Then had the audacity to charge me for this shoddy work. All in all I would certainly never go back to this inferior business as they obviously just don't care.
