THEY WILL LOW BALL YOU. I had $100+ worth of clothes and I was expecting to receive at least $40-50 for selling but nah, I received a light $15 for 5 graphic tees and a guess jacket. In my opinion I’d just sell locally.

I had a great experience here! I was able to sell some clothes and they had some fantastic brands!! I deduct a star because the staff was not kind, very rude and inattentive. I also wish they would spend some time putting together displays for each season, like a Fourth of July display, or a pink display, or cute things like that highlighting an event. I bought so many clothes, one woman in particular was so incredibly kind, but I forget her name, I wish I could shout her out. Great selection of dresses and clothing, they buy great stuff and it’s an incredibly cute store. I did not appreciate how there was a rack titled “Lululemon” and the whole rack was just filled with off brand workout attire. The store was clean, good clothing and brands. Staff was rude and not helpful. A solid four star place. I will be back.

Drove 40 minutes out here just to attempt to sell my clothes as others have mentioned you can’t. Because you need an appointment. But there’s no mention of that anywhere on their site. And you can’t book any more in advance than the same day. We’ve sold to multiple Plato’s Closets this is the first and only one you need an appointment for and this is only one I’ve seen with a clothing limit. 30 items is ridiculous. Oh and they limit how many times you can sell. Only once every 2 months. 45 minutes and a wasted trip later I’m out gas money in a time when gas is sky high.

As others have said, this place is terrible, especially for sellers. I brought in 2 bags of either brand new (with tags) clothes and shoes, or gently used and they only took 8 items out of around 50. Also, I sat in traffic and it took 30 minutes to get here and when I arrived, the employee said "do you have a selling appointment?" I didn't, because it didn't say anything on their website or ANYWHERE about needing an appointment. I was angry and told her I had driven 30 minutes, and she did me the "favor" of looking through my clothes. I also looked through the items as I was waiting and it was all junk. Heavily worn and poor quality items. I will never go here again.

Dear Stephanie, We generally do not have age limit to bring in your items to sell. We focus on teen and young adults and do not carry any kids items. When you sign in to sell, you are asked to confirm that the items are yours and you are authorized to sell them. We request that younger customers to be accompanied by an adult but this is not a requirement. You can also call the store if you have any other questions. Best
