Customer service is nonexistent. Staff do not know products and not interested in helping customers with issues. Even delivery people did not hook up washer correctly and left it leaking because they were there. N hour. Will never purchase from this company again

Warrendale was very helpful in ordering a new refrigerator before we went south for the winter, checking that it came in, and then delivering as soon as we got back. Their installers went way beyond in maneuvering it into a very tight spot, repeatedly lifting it and even holding it up in the air while I attached the water line to the back. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional (and were headed out to install five more!)
