Ok so I forgot to get the woman’s name but can I just say she was amazing at her job!!! I was free to look around without any pestering but she was right there to help when needed, she was super knowledgeable in funcos, horror gaming and more. Actually showed me some great upcoming games like the quarry!!! This is what the model of customer service should be and a million thank you’d for making my experience great… Store is great has a wide selection of games and toys, plenty of parking!!!

Good service and nice people but when I bought a used game I made sure to ask if it’d work alright. The cashier told me it would work fine and that they check them, but when I got home from my vacation the disc has scratches on it and won’t let me proceed in the game. I understood that I was buying a used game but it sure doesn’t seem they check their discs.

It depends on if you're an employee and need a ride then yes if it's a cab and that's the only transportation and walking and stuff that's that's a good helpful tips so my guess it depends on if you're working or not working or just waiting for a cab or pick up from that location then it should be okay
You should preorder if you really want it asap.
It would probably depend if you bought it, and you found the scratch already on it, or if it happened while you were putting it on. Take it to GameStop and explain to them what happened.
