I had a great experience here. Someone else mentioned they billed like an ER, but I was just billed for a PCP office visit- not sure if things there changed. I was seen relatively quickly and the PA was very competent and thorough. She was also quick to follow up with test results after the visit. I will definitely go back to this location if needed!

I will NEVER go here again. It was quite possibly the worst place ever. My son needed stitches, they did not give him any lidocaine, they charge as a private provider not urgent care, so depending on your insurance it is a higher copay and requires a referral, and for test results you need to call them, they do not call you. Much prefer AFC on main st waltham!

I've been to this facility a couple of times, and each visit has been great. The staff were attentive, even offering snacks because I had to wait for several other patients before I could be seen, and the doctors and nurses I saw were professional and personable, and, most importantly, took care of my problems the best any doctor could. As far as billing, I've not had an issue-they billed my visits as regular doctor's visits, so I only paid a $30 copay, and anything due for tests, the same way I'd be billed by my pcp. Overall, I'd recommend this place, if you can't get to a doctor's office.

Pediatrics ER - if you need doctors care go somewhere else! We went with my 1yr old son- the doc treated us like we were imbeciles and then had to apologies for putting wrong diagnosis on my son. He talked down on us cause we have our son breastmilk while he had the tummy virus and was really dehydrated. He had to come in and apologize for that as well and change his mind to say actually it is the best thing we could have done for the baby. The nurses were even worst! Tortured my son to take blood samples- 3 times cause they got it wrong within 7h. I had to call the nurse 12 times so she can change the IV of our son and in the meanwhile the beeping sound from the machine kept on going in the room. She didn't attend do us cause she was busy eating chips- full plate of Doritos and then chatting on the phone w her legs up on the table!!!!!!if you love your kid- don't go to this hospital!
