Staff was very helpful. I was always able to find what I need or order it if it was not in stock.

Just got a LG air conditioner window unit 6000 BTU from this location. With the scorching heat wave in the east coast affecting our sleep at night, Danny and Micheal at this store have been our saviors in being patient and find a unit from the reserve and get it for us. Can't thank them enough for their customer care!!

They are more concerned with making a few bucks off of credit cards than selling construction goods. I got stuck in line for 15 minutes because they insist on offering credit cards to every customer and the joker in front of me broke the unwritten rule and said yes. If you don't have staff to process credit card applications, don't offer them.

The quality of the service at this location has dropped sharply the last few years. During my evening visit on 4/4/2022 the employee handling my return was repeatedly scanning a UPS label on the shipping box claiming that the system could not find the item. So I had to guide him where to scan. Then I needed a sheet of plywood cut at the wood cutting area. Spoke to two employees (one of them had a keen interest in his cell phone while speaking with me). They said there was no one in the store who can cut it at this time (more than an hour before closing). How much training does it take to teach a few more people to do it - 10, 20, 30 minutes? I offered to do it myself, they wouldn't let me, which I understand is a liability. But I drove 20 miles each way w/o being able to get what I need for my job. With 20+ employees in the store at this time you'd think they should invest in some training to have at least one capable person be able to do this at any time. There is either a very weak manager in this store or a strong union. Either way - customers suffer. HD's bottom line will start suffering soon too.

There's over a half million items in the store, some districts carry things that others don't, so my suggestion to you is to call the store that you want to go to and ask for the plumbing or kitchen department.
I would save a trip and look on line....what ever product you choose it will tell you how many are in stock....if it's a low number(1 or 2) be careful as they may not have it!! Also make sure you pay attention what store you are looking at...it's very important!!!
Go to the pro desk at any home Depot and they should be able to help you.
When you go on line to order it at that location it will tell you if they have it there or nearby store.
Yes for a cost
Masks are required and 6 foot social distancing is encouraged through floor decals.
Yes there are yellow tulips
Nope but you can buy a new blade pretty cheap
Yes, call them! Don't rely on inventory stated on their website for rentals! I got bitten once... Cheers.
Home Depots can be very dangerous for your pet. They are not an animal friendly environment. Trained, licensed working service dogs are always welcome but most Home Depots do not allow pets.
ready-made cabinets no more than 30 inches, as far as I know do not size
I think at 10 PM
No....you need to find a glass shop to do that!
Yup
