Didn't pick up scheduled pick update at 2:43 smoke rise circle in Swansea Massachusetts. Went through a lot of work to put all donations together as instructed. Many items are brand new still with tags on them. Very disappointed with this organization.

My review is based on 10 years of porch pick up in Belmont and Cambridge.. I've never had a pickup missed.. The folks are quiet and polite! Yay! And I know their overhead is Low so it's a great place to donate to. Update 2019. Due to "sparking Joy" BBBS is only taking clothes and Musical Instruments (to put directly into children's hands!)

Go to the website. Once you key in your ZIP code it will tell you. Also, they just introduced text alerts! Yesterday they told me that they would be in my town December 11th. As you know, they can't say "every last Thursday" or so
