At Sephora Fenway, beauty associate welcomed me to the store and asked if he could help me. I told him I need help finding a replacement for my defective Jouer beauty product that I was here to exchange. He informed me that his store does not sell that makeup brand, but that I could go to Prudential Center, Sephora instead. I told him that was a little out of my way and that I would rather just make a defective return if possible. He glared at me and said “if you want to”, and then proceeded in a mocking baby tone of voice said, “ if you truly wanted to help out our store then you’d be going to Prudential Center instead of making us do the return.” I proceeded to the front of the store made my return after leaving the store I cried due to how rude this associate had treated me, I have never felt so belittled or insulted or made to feel so bad at a store. I will not be going back to the Fenway Sephora.

Customers: Don’t go here, and if you do make sure you don’t ask any questions to these “employees”, they are rudeeeeee and unprofessional, I mean they are there to work and be nice to customers and no to be on the phone texting… 0 starts to me

The people who works here are the rudest people I ever met!! I was there today with my hubby, I asked to try a perfume omg ! The guy was literally rolling his eyes and was so rude to me for just touching it. A woman was running toward my husband screaming in his face for forgetting to put his mask back up while he drunk some water. She could have just asked home politely. No customer service whatsoever and no respect to nobody. Such awful experience. I will Never going back there and will not recommend to anyone!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I was asked if needed help and I declined. I later did need help being matches to a foundation and I was happily helped. I didn't catch her name but she was very nice and helpful. She asked me my skin type and what type of coverage I was looking for. She recommended and tested three different foundations so I had choices. I bought some other things too and even the checkout was super friendly. I'll definitely go back!

They don't see the term "whitening' but they do have sunscreen.
They do have free classes in store. My friend works there. I don't think there's a set schedule for them but the classes are on Sundays from 6:30 to 9 I believe. I could be wrong, but I do know for a fact they have free classes. They're just not super often. Call the store and ask if they have any coming up.
