This is the best Goodwill location in town. Definitely visit around the end of a BU semester - you'll find some incredible stuff.

The lady working the cashier is extremely rude. I tried to give her the benefit of doubt the first time it happened, but every single time I’ve been to this Goodwill she has been rude to me along with other customers. If you don’t want to interact with people, don’t work in customer service. There is no need to have an attitude with every single person checking out.

Head downstairs. Place is iffy as all thrift stores with reasonable prices are. Lots of students of course. I don't seem to have ever had a problem at the register. Be ready to pay. Check rules first. Remember. The person before you may have been rude. Now you get to fix that.

This place is the best for The Thrift store hunt. Many NEW and unusual items. I am in there at least once a week. The parking is a hassle but the staff is great! For those of you whining about “Rude” service, work retail for One Minute.... the only “rudeness “ I witness is from fellow shoppers.

Hi Mar, it has a lot to do with staffing. As you know, many businesses have faced staffing challenges since the start of the pandemic. Hopefully, over time, we will be able to adjust our hours.

We follow state and CDC guidelines. For the safety of our customers and our staff, wearing a face covering while in the store is required. We have social distancing measures in place and do regular and thorough cleanings. Hand sanitizer is located near the cash stations. Customers who have a fever or who aren't feeling well are encouraged to refrain from shopping. Thank you and stay safe!

Yes, that is correct. We have a computer recycling program and can accept computers, printers, and accessories.
Hi David - We can accept furniture that can be brought in by one individual so it sounds like we could take the rocker. But the brass bed sounds like it would be too big for our store. We also can't accept mattresses.
