Derrick with the Service Center provided Excellent and Professional Services in assisting with the maintenance of my vehicle. He explained what was needed and he was patient in ensuring my questions were answered and I understood what is needed for the care of my car. I felt comfortable knowing I was receiving the best and right care for my vehicle. Thank You Toyota Express for always putting your best foot forward and exemplifying Excellent and Professional service.

I had absolutely bad experience. Didn't expect them to be so unprofessional. I initially filled a form online to request quotes and details. After which got multiple emails and calls from sales team( mainly Bob), which is fine as that's what a sales team do. We spoke on phone multiple times and he wanted me come down to dealership for further discussions. I said sure and clearly mentioned that I want to come in for a test drive and booked an appointment. When I went for my appointment, Bob did not show up and the guy who talked to us flat out said that we do not have a car for you to test drive and there is nothing else I can do for you. No one was even courteous or apologetic for wasting my time and money. I know this a seller's market right now but that won't last forever, customer's and word of mouth does. I will never go back to this dealership.

Had a very pleasant time at expressway toyota.Josh my salesman has very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make the experience easy. I would request him if I was buying another car. I know if I need something or have any questions I would feel comfortable calling him. .

Went in yesterday for an inspection and was greeted by Joe! He is amazing and very friendly! He gave us an approximate time of when our vehicle would be done and was on top of making sure we got notified right away when it was over. I appreciated also everyone working that day because we were greeted at all times and it was just a nice and welcoming environment. Thank you!! Will def be back!
