This company is a scam. 100% Avoid. Will not pay you on time or at all. Expect to be ghosted majority of the time, expect to not have your calls answered or voicemail. The process is tedious as usual, will not tell you everything about what you are doing or signing up for. Ask questions. But on all honesty, simply avoid anything regarding this agency or job postings wise. I have called the branch leader about my particular issue, yet they say they will do it tomorrow, then of course I did not hear anything back from them. Your only a number to fill their quota, but If you are desperate, this corrupted agency will work you until you are broken for free. Join them if you are willing to be free labor. That all I have to say. Reported to Department of Labor (DOL).

PSG was amazing with me. They took the time to get to know me and figure out what is the best fit for me. They got me my current job which was a direct hire, so I didn’t have to deal with anything to do with being a contract worker. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with and they got me a job within 3 weeks.

My experience with Professional Staffing Group has been absolutely wonderful. I have never worked with staffing agencies before, but the members of PSG made it really easy for me to understand the process and were refreshingly honest about what I can expect in my job hunt. The staff members were all very helpful, polite, and supportive. PSG assigned a representative that made sure I was attended to and checked in with me once a week to make sure I was being heard, which is great! This is the top job agency I would recommend to others. I am very thankful for all of their assistance!

Friendly, great service. Found me jobs all over, with a college degree in Fine Art. Placed me in accounting for Joan and David shoes in Everett, Password administration for Partner's Health Care, Conservation Law Foundation, Harvard Medical fundraising. Great connections. I was able to go into the office and use their computers for classes in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and that really boost my opportunities. It's a two way street, if you're not working for them and making use of their tutorials and tests, they're not going to be able to do as much for you. My work experience in jobs they found me led me to success as a professional artists, all of the classes I took here I used later in my own business. Thank you PSG!

Personally I would stay clear of Simplisafe. It is not a guaranteed job and if they do not like you, you are as good as gone, even if your great at what you do. It is a call center and you do not realize it until or if, you survive the training. They do not give you an actual employee handbook. It is only on their computers and that is so they can change apolicy. PSG does not tell you it is a call center either. You have to look at PSG as one big sales pitch. Their recruiters make their money by filling jobs, right? So, they will mischarectorize a job just to lure you in. Don't take my word for it, just look at all their reviews by ppl who were conned into taking jobs they were NOT looking for. If you noticed, nobody cared enough to answer your question for 9 months. Notice how PSG does not even care enough to answer you.
PSG recruits across many fields. But, I would check the website and call first. Also, look for agencies who specialize in the healthcare industry like Randstad and others.
Avoid PSG like the plague. Lie. Lie lie and than blame you . I am a national certified MA and I was told it was inappropriate to take a temp during a physical examination ?????
