Mediocre experience living here. Moved in during the pandemic and all the previously mentioned experiences such as events and the amenities were shut down. Though that doesn’t mean the rent goes down, am I right? Also, poor management when it comes to constant disruptive neighbors. Weeks of phone calls and emails to management and regional offices, and even calls to the police. In the end, they couldn’t evict said neighbors and couldn’t get them to move apparently, so they “offered” us another unit for a “similar price”. Can’t wait to move out when the lease is up. Edit: we finally left after a horrible exit. Have still yet to get back out deposit. They also are charging us for an entire month of utilities despite not being there for the entire month near the end of our lease. Even though they had folks on a waiting list and we were ready to move out before the end of the month (we were month to month) they still wanted to us to pay the entire month after that date even though we’d be out by then.

I love this community! My family and I have been here for 4 months now and read several negative reviews before deciding to move here so I wanted to set the record straight and write about our experience as it was not like some of the others , very different actually. We’ve had no issues others have talked about. It’s a beautiful community with great staff and great residents. We haven’t had to use maintenance yet, but if their service is like the rest of the community, I’m sure it will be prompt and professional. The cleaning staff cleans all of the buildings and amenities daily and all of the grounds are well-maintained.

If your are wondering about moving in as I’m sure you are reading this review, DO IT! I stayed near by for years and came in and toured with Jayda, she is so sweet and detailed it made my move in so easy. The office staff and maintenance are 5 star! The property just had a backpack giveaway and my son received a backpack and goodies plus food and games. I will be renewing my lease in a few month I love it here!

I am so happy that I rented with Uptown! Hands down the best place I've come across in the area. Management is extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs. We recently bought a house and are sad to say goodbye to such a great community. Nichole has served us well from beginning to end and everything in between. Would highly recommend renting a home here to friends and family.
