When I realized yesterday morning that my water was off, I submitted a maintenance request only to find notices on each door stating they had to shut the water off due to emergency repairs. Within the hour it was back on. Great work by the maintenance team!

The office never answers the phone, turns off residents water unexpectedly without reminder/notice, kitchen and bathroom sink material is very cheap and easy to break, guest parking situation is horrible. All they care about is the landscaping of the apartment.

Any lower level apartment floors are infested with cockroaches. The first day I moved in I saw two right off the bat. I have been seeing at least one cockroach daily since the day that I've moved in. Not to mention that the rooms have no air circulation - keep in mind that you will need to buy an air conditioner for the hotter days. On top of this, the leasing office times are always incorrect. There is rarely ever anyone there when you need them. So all in all a decent college apartment if you just need a place to sleep and don't care about comfort. It's a shame because the outside looks fantastic - pool looks nice, great outdoor activities. TDLR: No air conditioner or ventilation for individual rooms. Cockroach town. Leasing office seems to be closed very often.

I have been living here from 2 years now and the place is amazing. Lilia is a great manager and they have a nice team to help us with our issues. The apartments are well-maintained and comfortable for living. It is near to Cal State Fullerton which makes this place perfect for students.
