I’ve been here for about 1.5 years now and I would say I’m most pleased with the quick turnaround time of any maintenance requests that are submitted. Oscar always helps us out and I’m super grateful for the work he does around our place! I’ve also had Jose help us out and he’s great as well. I don’t see Nubia around anymore but she was the property manager who helped us when we first moved in and I loved her, so sincere and genuine! This place has been great to us and parking was probably a challenge in the beginning but we are paying for an additional parking unit which wasn’t too far from our unit. Rent is high but renting houses around the area with the same number of bedrooms is around the same and at least we have access to a pool and a small gym onsite. We will be leaving early next year but have enjoyed our time here greatly!

I lived here for the past year on a 1 yr lease in a 3/2 unit. I will list the pros and cons and give detail to educate anyone. I gave 1 Star because of the location. The best part about it is the location. The worst part is the price and having no utilities included. For the price that it is listed you can add about $600-700 of utilities each month. NO UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! I've never lived anywhere where not one utility wasn't included. For that price you could rent a house cheaper with utilities included! The townhouses are nice inside. I got the the upgraded appliances. Which are nice and more than the outdated one. But the outdated one has a yard and is lower priced. The amenities in the house aren't really spectacular for the price. Maintenance is normally pretty quick and the property manager is cool. There was a bit of a spider and a different bug I'm not familiar with issue. Skinny, shiny black bug. Only one parking spot is included for a 3/2 townhouse!!! You have to find parking on the nearby street which is impossible every night. Or pay $75/mo for an extra uncovered space. Good luck getting a hold of someone in the office. Always goes straight to the voicemail. Make sure to READ YOUR CONTRACT! Every page. Because there are a lot of little nuggets in there you may not agree with. Pros: Location, Interior Cons: Price, No Utilities included, Bugs, Parking, Fitness Center You are better off getting a house or finding somewhere else because it is overpriced for what you get.

Came by to visit my buddy's new place. Its decent, I don't like how narrow the streets are to this place, and the litte backyard where anyone could hop down. Other then that, good place, seems people keep to themselves.
