If I could get out of my lease early I would. First it is way overpriced. $3045 for a two bedroom apartment. My roommates and I were lied to and were told water, sewage, and trash was included with rent. There are extra addition charges for them every month. There are homeless men who hang out and sleep in the parking garages, it makes me feel unsafe when just trying to walk to my car or walking to school. You have to pay $55 a month just for a parking spot in the garage but cars are broken into routinely and anyone from the outside can access the parking garages. A roommate unexpectedly left me and my other roommate in a 1 year lease and when asking the front desk what were able to do since just the two of us cannot afford $3045 a month by ourselves, we were only told “Well we can take your old roommates name off of the lease for $100.” Very unhelpful. There isn’t even an office for in person help anymore, that was closed down months ago. Now there is only online support and a “24 hour” phone number to call but no one ever picks up the phone when I have called that number. The only positive thing with these apartments are the maintenance workers. They are very friendly and are super quick when you put in a request for your apartment. The walls shake, we’ve had problems with cockroaches and termites when we first moved into the apartment, and there always seems to be some type of construction going on outside. Don’t move into these apartments if you love yourself even a little bit.

Not safe. No security. Homeless hangout in parking lot inside, and loiter outside. Cars get broken into, even in locked garage. The businesses that share lower level, never stay the same, its a new lease and a new restaurant every few years. Overall, Theres nothing special about this place.

I moved in beginning of September. While apartment hunting, Pinnacle stood out because, not only is the property beautiful but their Covid Practices to reduce the spread and protect tenants were the most thoughtful of all the other north OC properties I toured. The staff at Pinnacle have been so amazing and responsive and made the leasing process such a breeze. They were there to answer any questions I had, and were patient and helpful as I worked through some road bumps with SCE. It is now the beginning of October and I used the online portal to put in a maintenance request for my in-unit laundry. Staff came the very same day (maybe 3 hours after I put in the request), wearing masks and worked quickly to fix the unit. He even disinfected the surfaces that he touched after. He was efficient, friendly, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable about being alone at the time. All in all, the property is beautiful and clean, easy to navigate and build a life in, and the staff has been nothing but extremely responsive, helpful and thoughtful. I can't express how much this felt like home, making the decision to move here that much easier.

I have been living here for over 2 years and from the start it had been the best place I have ever lived at. Every single staff member does their best to be kind and friendly towards you. Last year we lost our manager Lisa to getting the promotion she deserved and was replaced with some staff that wasn't the friendliest. However they left and we have another amazing manager plus 2 additional staff members that are also just as amazing and kind. Pinnacle definitely is a step above and I can't wait to see what the new management will do for the next coming months and years.
