I can’t say enough about how amazing the customer service is with this apartment. They go above and beyond in every way to make residents have the best experience possible. Hailey, Sara, Adrian, and Matthew have been helping me and my roommate in so many ways. they have gone out of their way to help us and done things that they absolutely do not have to do just to be helpful. you will not find people anywhere else that are this generous with their time and willing to go out of their way for residents. They are so accommodating and have just made this move in process so seamless and amazing. I have never had an experience this amazing moving into a new apartment. They are kind and helpful on the phone and so quickly responsive. they answer every question promptly and are quick to offer any assistance possible.this is seriously one of the best customer service teams I have ever seen and would recommend anybody looking to move in the area to strongly consider Wilshire apartments not only for the amenities and services but for the people that will help you and support you through the process. Thank you again to Haley Sarah Adrian and Matthew you guys are the absolute best!!

I had contacted several APT in Fullerton to move in OC. Some of them were not responsive or replied too slowly. Wilshire? There are several staffs in the Office and all of them were so nice and taking their responsibility from the beginning! All the moving process went so smoothly regardless the COVID 19. 1. APT: it built long time ago, but maintained well enough. I'm satisfied with it. Renewed microwave and stoves are all good. I feel comfortable and safe in here. 2. Staff communication: During the moving in process and the first month, I had lots of things to ask and check. I sent emails many times and they replied always in time. One time, there was a miscommunication in a small thing, but they quickly apologized and solved the issue. 3. Maintenance: You will be surprised how fast they come and check your request. These guys are so friendly and nice people. I submitted non-urgent requests and he came in an hour and quickly figured it! They are skillful and resourceful indeed. 4. Near APT: You can access fine restaurants and good coffeeshops by walk in 5-10 minutes. Plus, Fedex, banks, and things you may want to visit are all nearby. 5. One complain: I feel most of the neighbors are good. But once in a while, I smells smoking from neighbors' home and have to close windows. But it's not office's fault. I will update my review!

Don't waste your money on this place. The trash builds up in the hall ways, there are roaches everywhere, management is a joke, and only looks to increase your rent by 10% every year. So don't get comfortable. They don't take care of problem calls, they leave work unfinished for weeks at a time and when you want to speak to upper management they do everything in they will refuse to give you there contact info. Turly over priced.
