Spacious and homey, but there are more crime areas

Dirty ... the smell of urine as you go up the stairs. Every where you look there is trash. Kids playing/screaming in the middle of the hallways and lobby. I was interested in renting, good thing I came back in the evening, when people are home, to check on the place . Big disappointment.

I was very dissatisfied with how bad the manager was so inexperienced in the application process. They were not professional at all. They made me come to their office several times. So rude and even kept my 200.00 holding deposit when I didn't show up to complete my application. I had a death in my family and was under alot of stress. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move there. I noticed they were very rude to all the tenants as I was in their office. They spoke so rude and treated their residents with bad remarks. The residents were only complaining in regards to damages regarding leaks and more problems. I'm glad I didn't move there. I know this place wasn't meant for me. I have never had managers keep a holding deposit ever. I advise everyone not to apply there. It was not run in an appropriate matter. Stay away from Palm gardens!!!

The worst apartments ever! INFESTED with Roaches. Also a lot vandalism. The only reason people stay here is because of their financial situation. It's cheap here and there's no where else to go
