The Young ladies there are so nice. We found a stray Chihuahua on the side of the road . We couldn't find the owner so we took her to the shelter where I know she will be cared for. Thank you tri County Animal Shelter employees for all you do. GOD BLESS.

Worst experience I have ever encountered, SERIOUSLY!!! The urine and fecies smell is so over powering I wanted to throw-up..if your animal gets taken there get it ASAP PLEASE

You may adopt from Tri-County but I dont believe our animal control picks up strays from Bertie. Animal control covers Chowan, Gates and Perquimans counties.
